Redmond Flex Route Updates and Expanded Community Connector Service
Redmond Flex Route Changes
CET will adjust Redmond Routes A and B while maintaining flex-route service throughout the community. Both routes will continue operating on a set schedule with flexible pick-up and drop-off service within one-quarter mile of the route, with extended service hours from 6:00 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. and adjusted frequency. A new stop will also be added near the Downtown Redmond Library, reflecting a long-planned effort to improve access to downtown destinations and community resources.
Expanded Community Connections
Route 24 (Redmond to Bend) will add three new weekday runs at 5:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m., and 10:00
a.m. The additional early morning trips are designed to improve transfer opportunities for commuters
traveling into Bend, including connections to early shifts and regional routes at Hawthorne Station.
Route 22 (Redmond to Madras) will add a new 11:30 a.m. departure from the Redmond Transit Hub,
along with a corresponding 11:30 a.m. pickup from the Madras DMV. This improvement enhances
access for commuters traveling to destinations including Kah-Nee-Ta Hot Springs Resort and
strengthens connections to the new Route 21 service from Madras to Warm Springs and Simnasho.

DRW Dial-A-Ride paratransit service begins May 4th
Service Area Expansion
Expanded Dial-A-Ride service areas in Prineville, La Pine, Madras and Redmond will go into effect March 30th.
Butler Market & Wells Acres Detour
Route 5 major detour
Starting Monday, June 8th, all stops between Medical Center Drive @ St. Charles Hospital (W) and Hawthorne will be closed due to road closures. Click here to view detour route and schedule.
Routes 5 & 6 major detour
Starting Monday, September 22nd, Route 6 will detour due to westbound closure of Butler Market Road (Brinson to 8th). Buses will detour via Brinson Blvd. The following stops will be closed:
- Butler Market @ Jones Road
- Butler Market @ Sandy Drive
Route 5 will remain unchanged until Phase 2 beginning early 2026.

Stop Closed
Wall Street @ Downtown Library will be closed until August 31st.
Route 22: Madras / Redmond
Stop Closed
Route 22 is unable to access the 11th St. @ Oliver Lemon stop. The stop will remain closed until further notice.
