Step 1 - Get your CET Go pass
Fixed, Flex Routes, and Community Connector Service:
Riders can sign up for a CET Go pass account online, at Hawthorne Station (334 NE Hawthorne Ave, Bend, OR 97701), or at a pop event around Central Oregon (see schedule below). Reduced fare programs are available for riders who qualify.
If you don’t have a smart phone or need assistance signing up, visit Hawthorne Station or call Customer Service at 541-385-8680. Transit Pass Cards are available for those without smart phones.
Step 2 - Load funds onto your account
Login into your account online and add value or purchase a pass (daily, monthly, annual). Cash will be accepted at full fare rate ($2 per ride/$6 max daily rate) on all buses (except when boarding at Hawthorne Station). If you need assistance or would like to load cash onto your app/card, visit Hawthorne station.
