CET is seeking Regional Public Transportation Advisory Committee Members

Author: Derek Hofbauer | Posted on

CET is accepting applications for new RPTAC members through September 29, 2023!

COIC/CET is seeking applicants to serve on the Regional Public Transportation Advisory Committee (“RPTAC”) to help shape current and future transit service in Central Oregon. As a regional forum, the RPTAC identifies transportation needs of each Central Oregon community, educates citizens about the value of public transportation, and advocates for new and expanded services. This committee also provides a platform for citizens to provide comments about service expansions, reductions, or alterations. CET currently has RPTAC openings for community members who live or work in the cities of Bend, La Pine, Madras, Redmond, Culver/Metolius, Terrebonne, and Prineville. RPTAC members are appointed by the COIC Board and terms span two years in duration. Meetings are held at Hawthorne Station with a virtual option on the third Wednesday every other month from 1-3:30 pm. Applications are due October 17 and can be accessed by clicking the following links:
