Passes & Fares

All riders must have valid fare to ride the bus. Learn how to get your pass, load fare, and hop onboard!  

Step 1 - Get CET Go pass

Required to ride fixed routes, flex routes and community connectors. See button below for Dial-a-Ride.

Download the CET Go App from the Apple App store or Google Play store on your smartphone and create account. If you do not have a smartphone, visit Hawthorne Station at 334 NE Hawthorne Ave in Bend or call (541) 385-8680. Each rider must have their own account and purchased pass. Transit pass cards are also available for those without smartphones. 

Reduced fare programs are available for riders who qualify. We also offer group pass programs for businesses, nonprofits, social services organizations, and housing providers.  

Step 2 - Load funds

Login into your CET Go account, add value and purchase a daily, monthly, or annual pass. $6 maximum day pass rate (take 3 rides in one day, ride the rest of the same day for free). Cash will be accepted at full fare rate ($2 per ride) on all buses except when boarding at Hawthorne Station. If you need assistance or would like to load cash onto your app/card, visit agents at Hawthorne Station.

Step 3 - Scan your App QR code or transit card & Hop onboard!

Reduced Fare Qualifications & Special Instructions

To qualify for a reduced fare account, visit Hawthorne Station, the CET Call Center, or a CET sign-up event. Please bring the required documentation to verify your eligibility. Individuals who meet one of the qualifying criteria are eligible for a 50% fare discount on qualifying routes. Dial-A-Ride service and pass information.

All applicants must provide a valid photo ID along with documentation supporting their qualifying criteria. Acceptable forms of photo ID include a drivers license, state ID, passport, Armed Services ID, Tribal ID, or another state or federally issued ID with a photo.

Once your eligibility is verified, your transit account will be updated to reflect your reduced-fare status.

Hours: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Weekdays7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Saturdays (Closed on Sundays)

CET Call Center

Location: 343 E Antler Avenue, Redmond, OR 97756 
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekdays

* Cash accepted at $2 per ride when boarding. Eligible for reduced fare program. Children 5 & under ride free if accompanied by adult. All operate under the same umbrella for max rate, monthly pass, and annual pass.    
** Bend Dial a Ride – A $20 credit will be provided to user’s accounts the following month if they take more than 10 Bend Dial a Ride trips in a month.

Labor Day - 9/7 CET will not be operating fixed routes, Community Connectors, or Dial-A-Ride services on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.
