New Extended Customer Service Hours at Hawthorne Station

CET is excited to announce new extended customer service hours at the Market in Hawthorne Station from 7 am – 3 pm Monday through Friday. Weekend hours will remain the same from 10 am – 2 pm on Saturday and Sunday (closed 11:25 – 11:55 am for lunch). You can now purchase paper and e-fare bus tickets and speak with CET customer service representatives about trip planning.

Customers may also purchase electronic fare (E-fare) products online or via the TouchPass App for Apple or Android devices. Learn more about purchasing electronic fare products here.
