On the morning of Monday, August 21st, a total solar eclipse will cross Central Oregon and will bring hundreds of thousands of visitors to the region to view the event. Central Oregon residents should be prepared for extreme traffic congestion in the days surrounding the eclipse. It is highly recommended that residents plan ahead for the impacts of the eclipse.
