More than 25” of snow fell in Central Oregon this week, shattering records that date back to 1917. Throughout the snowstorm, CET drivers and staff worked hard to safely and efficiently get people to work, doctor’s appointments, and grocery stores. To celebrate this achievement and to thank our community, CET is offering free rides on Friday (3/1) on Bend Fixed Route and Community Connector services so that people can safely commute to work, run errands, or visit friends and family with a free ride. Traveling on CET buses during inclement weather is a safe and reliable travel option. The next time it snows, hop on a bus and let CET do the driving!
*Please note that Bend and rural Dial-A-Ride and Mt. Bachelor services are not included for free fares on 3/1.
