Route 3 in Bend now extends into Northwest Crossing thanks to rider feedback!
It all started when a rider let us know that they had been walking from the existing stops on Shevlin Park Drive to their work in Northwest Crossing. When that road was closed due to construction, the detour sent our bus straight through Northwest Crossing and we started hearing more people tell us the same. They asked if we could make the route permanent and save them a long walk in bad weather.
So now we’ve made the detour official!
This change was made possible thanks to rider feedback and input from our Regional Public Transit Advisory Committee.
