CET offers a no cost Sisters to Bend Shopper Shuttle that connects residents living within the Sisters Dial-A-Ride service area (the map is also located at the bottom of this webpage) to major shopping destinations in Bend on Thursdays. Those living in Tollgate, Crossroads, Sage Meadow, and more can access this service. The service stops at the Cascade Village Mall, Walmart, and Costco shopping areas.

CET’s Sisters to Bend Shopper Shuttle Flyer (En Español)

For specific stores that are accessible through the Sisters to Bend Shopper Shuttle, please find the addresses below. Vehicles supporting this service are equipped with special storage space for customers to keep their shopping goods during the trip. While CET’s drivers can assist passengers with their bags, please be sure to keep this to a reasonable volume. This service is supported through the Deschutes County Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund program.

      – Call CET’s Call Center at 541-385-8680 between 7am-4pm
      – Choose 1 for English, 2 for Spanish
      – Choose 2 for Dial-A-Ride
      – Call at least 24 hours in advance to schedule your shopping trip
      – Share your name and home/destination addresses 
      – Be ready before you scheduled pick up 
RURAL DIAL-A-RIDE IN SISTERS
Service Hours: 9:30am – 2:00pm, Tuesdays only
CET suspended fare collection on all CET services (except recreation services) until further notice
  •  Rural Dial-A-Ride is a curb-to-curb, shared ride transit service provided to the general public (no application is necessary).
  •  Check out the service map below to see if you live within the Rural Dial-A-Ride service area or call 541-385-8680.
  •  To schedule a ride, call 541-385-8680, Monday – Friday from 7am – 4pm. You may schedule a ride up to 30 days in advance.
  •  Make sure to have your trip information, including all addresses, ready when you call.
  • Have your ticket or cash for the driver before you board—only exact fare or tickets are accepted.
  • Ride times are scheduled based on availability.
  •  Unexpected delays may occur due to traffic, passenger delays, or weather.

Reservation Timeframes

  • Pick up or Return – Be ready 30 minutes before scheduled ride
  • Scheduled appointment – Be ready 65 mins before appointment time
  • Will Call Returns – Pick up from 5 mins up to 60 mins from scheduled ride
  • Please note that drivers are instructed to leave after 5 mins if passenger does not show.

Cancellations

  • If you cannot make your ride, just give us a call! Please call one of our customer service representatives at 541-385-8680 at least 60 mins before your reservation.
  • If you did not make your first ride, be kind and notify us of any other rides you have scheduled that day.
